Tank Louis Cartier Paris Dial

This is a very rare and special Tank Louis Cartier small model as you can see in the gallery above. Where almost all Cartier watches are signed "Swiss" on the dial, this pretty Tank has "Paris". What you seldom see is that this dial is in pristine condition and has its original white color: without any fading, discoloration, spider, spot or crack. The crown has a blue sapphire which is more domed than you see on later versions. It has a handwind movement, that has had a complete service overhaul (July 2023). During the overhaul we noticed that the watch has hardly ever been running, it looks brandnew. After the complete service overhaul we tested the movement and it has an accuracy of 3 seconds a day. The new and unworn strap is handmade, real croco and in the original colour. Comes on a Cartier C-buckle. We have put on a new crystal (so no scratches) and have given the case a light polish to bring back its original shine. I can talk for hours about this pretty piece, it is so rare and in such a wonderful condition eventhough it is over 50 years old. It comes with 12 months warranty. Very sought after, rare, very vintage, a good investment and looks beautiful on a woman's wrist.
